Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between ROYALPOPRETAIL (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the royalpopretail.com website (hereinafter "the Client"). Any purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered for sale are watches and accessories from the Royal Pop collection, distributed by ROYALPOPRETAIL as an independent retailer. The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page. Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included. ROYALPOPRETAIL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated. Delivery fees are indicated separately before the order is validated.
Article 4 — Order
The Client places their order online via the royalpopretail.com website. The order is confirmed by sending a confirmation email to the address provided by the Client. ROYALPOPRETAIL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, unauthorized payment, or insufficient stock.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other payment method offered during the order process. Transactions are secure. The banking information transmitted is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following payment confirmation. Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Client during their order. A tracking number is communicated by email upon shipment of the package. ROYALPOPRETAIL cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events. In the event of non-delivery within a reasonable timeframe, the Client is invited to contact our customer service at contact@royalpopretail.com.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the Client has a period of 30 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, the Client must notify their decision by email to contact@royalpopretail.com. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, except in the case of a defective item or delivery error. The refund will be made within 14 days following receipt of the return, via the initial payment method.
Article 8 — Guarantees
All products sold by ROYALPOPRETAIL benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. In the event of a detected defect, the Client can contact our customer service at contact@royalpopretail.com with a description and photos of the detected defect.
Article 9 — Liability
ROYALPOPRETAIL cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of purchased products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
Article 10 — Protection of Personal Data
Personal data collected during the order is used exclusively for the purpose of processing the order and the commercial relationship. It is under no circumstances transferred to third parties without the Client's consent. In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting: contact@royalpopretail.com.
Article 11 — Intellectual Property
All content present on the royalpopretail.com website (texts, images, logos, design) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from ROYALPOPRETAIL.
Article 12 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to first contact our customer service at contact@royalpopretail.com to find an amicable solution. In the absence of an agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
Article 13 — Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to the law applicable in the jurisdiction of New York, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory rights enjoyed by consumers in their country of residence.
